I recently had the opportunity to have a massage with Lauren. It was simply a fantastic experience.

Having seen Lauren’s website some time ago, I was curious to experience her version of Lomi Lomi. I’ve experienced some Lomi Lomi techniques incorporated into remedial massages before, but was pretty keen to experience a whole massage using these techniques. I had heard they were great for stress management, which was a big thing for me, so I was excited to try.

Lauren’s space is large and inviting, which is always a great start.

But the massage itself I cannot praise high enough. Saying too much more would be to give the game away but, it was simply sublime. From the get go I could just feel myself relaxing more and more, and Lauren is conscious and caring for you right through. Her technique is simply amazing. By the end of the session I was feeling calm and limber in a way I’ve not felt in a long time.

If you’re thinking of treating yourself to a new experience, or you want a way of dealing with stressors in your life, give this a go! Lauren is fantastic.

Starting off with a lovely breathwork experience, then removiing layers of emotions and ending with a beautiful oil massage. It allowed my body to release tension, emotion and identity the things that had been effection me on a deep level. The was a joureny and I am glad it was Lauren who I connected with for this session. I cant recommend her enough and I will definitely return for more healing tantra bodywork sessions.
