Had a massage with Lauren and felt comfortable with her straight away.

I really appreciated that she took the time beforehand to ask what style of massage I wanted and what sort of pressure I was comfortable with, rather than just jumping straight into it.

Having seen Lauren’s website some time ago, I was curious to experience her version of Lomi Lomi. I’ve experienced some Lomi Lomi techniques incorporated into remedial massages before, but was pretty keen to experience a whole massage using these techniques. I had heard they were great for stress management, which was a big thing for me, so I was excited to try.

Lauren’s space is large and inviting, which is always a great start.

But the massage itself I cannot praise high enough. Saying too much more would be to give the game away but, it was simply sublime. From the get go I could just feel myself relaxing more and more, and Lauren is conscious and caring for you right through. Her technique is simply amazing. By the end of the session I was feeling calm and limber in a way I’ve not felt in a long time.
