I recently had the opportunity to have a massage with Lauren. It was simply a fantastic experience.

Having seen Lauren’s website some time ago, I was curious to experience her version of Lomi Lomi. I’ve experienced some Lomi Lomi techniques incorporated into remedial massages before, but was pretty keen to experience a whole massage using these techniques. I had heard they were great for stress management, which was a big thing for me, so I was excited to try.

Lauren’s space is large and inviting, which is always a great start.

But the massage itself I cannot praise high enough. Saying too much more would be to give the game away but, it was simply sublime. From the get go I could just feel myself relaxing more and more, and Lauren is conscious and caring for you right through. Her technique is simply amazing. By the end of the session I was feeling calm and limber in a way I’ve not felt in a long time.

If you’re thinking of treating yourself to a new experience, or you want a way of dealing with stressors in your life, give this a go! Lauren is fantastic.

Starting off with a lovely breathwork experience, then removiing layers of emotions and ending with a beautiful oil massage. It allowed my body to release tension, emotion and identity the things that had been effection me on a deep level. The was a joureny and I am glad it was Lauren who I connected with for this session. Lauren at Holistic Bliss Bodywork is amazing! I recently treated myself to her 1-hour Lomi Lomi massage and it completely melted away all my stress and tension. The rhythmic, flowing movements of the massage are so relaxing that you just drift away. Lauren is professional, caring, and clearly passionate about her craft. I am 79 year old Gold Coaster who has enjoyed a regular massage for several years, but none come even close to Lauren's Lomi lomi. I first discovered Lauren four months ago after reading about Holistic Bliss Bodywork. This was my first experience of a Lomi Lomi. I was in a different world. It was Bliss. This beautiful lady instantly showed her talent at the art of massage. Lauren demonstrates extreme care and love of the work she does.

Today was my 27th Lomi Lomi at Holistiic Bliss. I alway come out feeling totally refreshed and relaxed in both mind and body, so much so that I generally have a great night sleep afterwards.

Ive spent weeks being so wound up, unable to relax or stay asleep for more than an hour or 2 at a time. An hour of Laurens magical touch had me fall asleep on the table, wake up calmer than I've felt all year and go home and have an incredible sleep for the first time in weeks. Her ability to remove the stress from your body has you almost melt into the table.
The 5 star rating on here truly makes sense.
Will definitely be making visits a regular occurrence moving forward.
